Crown Prince Honors Saudi Cup Horse Race Under Patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, honored the Saudi Cup horse race event at the King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field in Riyadh.
Upon arrival, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince was welcomed by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh; His Royal Highness Prince Bandar bin Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Chairman of the Equestrian Authority and Chairman of the Horse Racing Club; His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Governor of Riyadh; and His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, a board member of the Horse Racing Club and head of technical committees.
The ninth race for the Saudi Cup commenced after the royal salute was played, with the participating horses moving from the paddock to the parade ring. All the jockeys taking part in the race were present in the parade ring. Following the race, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, headed to the presentation platform. He congratulated the representatives of the winning horse owner, Mr. Fugitatsu Sisouma, who raised the Saudi Cup trophy in victory. The Crown Prince also congratulated the horse’s trainer, Yoshihide Yagahi, and jockey, Ryusei Sakai, who received a horse figurine and a jockey’s helmet, followed by taking commemorative photos.
Among the dignitaries in attendance at the Saudi Cup horse race event were His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, His Royal Highness Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Other attendees included various princes from the royal family, government ministers, and prominent guests from within and outside the Kingdom, as well as horse owners who participated in the event.
From the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of the Rashid Equestrian Club and Horse Racing, were also present at the event, along with other dignitaries and esteemed guests.
