46 New Licenses Issued by the Technical Training Authority for Private Training Facilities in January 2025

The spokesperson for the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Fahad Al-Otaibi, announced that 46 new licenses were issued to private training facilities in January of this year to provide training services in various fields. The Corporation aims to support and enhance the sustainability of the private training sector in the Kingdom by offering various facilities and incentives to promote sector growth in accordance with quality standards and the application of relevant regulations.

The regulations include licensing individuals interested in offering training programs under specific conditions through the accredited trainer service, through which 49 cards were issued last month to enable them to engage in training activities and provide programs within licensed training facilities approved by the Corporation. Al-Otaibi emphasized that the Corporation continues to oversee the private training sector to ensure the quality of training and operational processes through supervisory team visits and handling feedback received from beneficiaries.

During the same period, 53 violations and warnings were issued to private facilities, and they were dealt with according to the provisions of the law. The observed violations in the past month varied, including non-compliance with advertising regulations, regulations for conducting development courses, issuing certificates against any training system instructions, as well as not being present in the licensed headquarters and having an unaccredited training body.

It is worth mentioning that the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation conducts monthly tests for beneficiaries of institute and private training center services to ensure the quality of outputs. The number of examinees in both the comprehensive and qualifying exams during the same period reached 7,174 examinees.
