Police in Jazan and Tabuk foil attempt to sell 11,738 illegal pills

The General Directorate for Drug Control arrested a citizen in the Jazan region for trafficking 1,845 amphetamine tablets, leading to his detention and legal action being taken against him before being referred to the public prosecution. Similarly, another citizen was arrested in the Tabuk region for trafficking 9,893 regulated medical tablets, prompting his detention, legal action, and referral to the public prosecution.
Authorities urge individuals to report any information they have about drug smuggling or trafficking activities by contacting “911” in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern region, and “999” in other areas of the Kingdom.
