King Salman Foundation Distributes 48 Hearing Aids to Hearing-impaired Students in Al-Mahra

Yesterday, the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid distributed 48 hearing aids with custom molds for hearing-impaired students in Al Mahrah governorate as part of the second phase of the Capacity Development Needs Response project in Yemen.

The initiative aims to distribute 380 hearing aids in the governorates of Al Mahrah, Hadramout, Aden, Lahj, Al Dhali, and Shabwah to address the challenges facing educational institutions in caring for children with disabilities.

This effort is part of the Saudi Arabian Kingdom’s endeavors, represented by its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Center for Relief, to provide a supportive and inclusive educational environment for hearing-impaired students. This initiative enhances their opportunities to receive high-quality education.
