Saudi Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority spearheads Kingdom’s participation at 2025 London International Book Fair.

The Saudi Arabian Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority is preparing to lead Saudi Arabia’s participation in the 2025 London International Book Fair, which will take place from March 11 to 13 at Olympia London in the British capital. The goal of this participation is to enhance cultural relations and knowledge exchange between Saudi Arabia and Britain, enriching cooperation in the fields of literature, publishing, and translation. Additionally, the aim is to strengthen the presence of Saudi publishing houses and literary agencies in major cultural events regionally and globally.

Through its leadership in Saudi Arabia’s participation in international book fairs, the authority seeks to provide a platform for Saudi publishers and literary agents to connect with global publishing houses. This will contribute to enhancing knowledge exchange and exposing publishers and literary agents to international publishing experiences. There is a belief in the importance of communication between the local and international publishing sectors, leading to the development of the cultural sector and enrichment of Arabic content.

It is worth mentioning that Saudi Arabia’s participation in the 2025 London International Book Fair includes five government entities. The Saudi Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority will lead the participation, with the involvement of the King Salman Global Arabic Language Complex, King Abdulaziz Foundation, King Abdulaziz Public Library, King Fahd National Library, and the Publishing Association.
