Saudi King’s Gift Program Delivering 5 Tons of Premium Dates to Azerbaijan for Distribution

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance held an event to distribute a gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, consisting of premium dates at the Kingdom’s embassy in Azerbaijan. The event was attended by the Saudi Ambassador, Issam bin Saleh Al-Jatili, the representative of the Caucasus Muslims Administration Sheikh Bakhtiyar Najafoglu, as well as several officials, Islamic figures, and members of the diplomatic corps. The Ministry of Islamic Affairs handed over a gift of 5 tons of premium dates from King Salman, benefiting over 40,000 recipients as part of ongoing efforts in 102 countries worldwide during the blessed month of Ramadan in 1446 AH.
During the event, Ambassador Al-Jatili emphasized the Saudi government’s commitment to meeting the needs of Muslims during this holy month and assisting those in need, highlighting that the program implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs is an extension of the continuous contributions made by the Saudi government to the brothers and sisters in Azerbaijan.
