Care for the Two Holy Mosques Launches Initiative for Female Teams

The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched a new initiative called the Foot Patrol Service, aimed at providing precise guidance and quality service with special attention to the elderly and people with disabilities. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance and improve services in order to meet comprehensive targets that ensure an improved experience for visitors inside the Grand Mosque and its courtyards.

To ensure the clear identification of the guides, prominent directional signs and floor stickers with sequential numbers defining their locations have been installed. This enhances the ability to connect between locations and the services surrounding each point. This mechanism is a vital step in service development, supporting the initiative’s goals of providing effective and direct assistance to visitors.

Precision guidance is provided to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for visitors, with a special focus on the elderly and people with disabilities. They are directed to designated pathways and services to ensure easy and smooth access to their destinations.
