The Kingdom Embraces Civil-Military Integration Agreement in Northeast Syria as Part of State Institutions

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Saudi Arabia’s support for the agreement that entails the merger of all civil and military institutions in northeastern Syria within the Syrian state institutions. The Kingdom praised the measures taken by the Syrian leadership to preserve civil peace in Syria and the efforts made to complete the process of building state institutions in a way that achieves security and stability and meets the aspirations of the Syrian people. Saudi Arabia reiterated its full support for the unity of Syria, its sovereignty, and the integrity of its territories.
