Border Guard search and rescue teams in the Mecca region, specifically in the Qunfudah sector, successfully saved two citizens whose marine vessel had malfunctioned in the middle of the sea. The General Directorate of Border Guards urged the public to adhere to maritime safety guidelines, ensure the safety of their marine vehicles before setting sail, and to contact the emergency numbers “911” in the Mecca and Eastern regions, and “994” in other regions of the Kingdom for urgent assistance.
