King Salman Center for Relief Clinics Provide Healthcare Services in Za’atari Camp, Jordan.

King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid clinics provided healthcare services to 2,606 patients in the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan during the fourth week of February 2025. General medicine clinics treated 793 patients, while the internal medicine clinic saw 113 patients with diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Pediatric clinics received 257 patients, dental clinics saw 183 patients. The women’s clinics saw 231 patients, while the ear, nose, and throat clinic treated 70 patients with sinus, throat, tonsil, and middle ear infections. The eye clinic saw 66 patients, the cardiology clinic treated 31 patients, diagnostic radiology clinic saw 33 patients, and the dermatology clinic treated 59 patients. Additionally, 55 patients received treatment at the rehabilitation medicine clinic.
A total of 2,382 laboratory tests were conducted for 268 patients, with 170 X-rays and ultrasound scans performed for 150 patients. Furthermore, 93 vaccines were administered at the vaccination clinic. There were 75 individual and group health education sessions conducted, along with 129 physical therapy sessions. The pharmacy dispensed a total of 1,623 prescriptions.
