King Salman’s relief aid program distributes 685 food baskets in Lebanon’s Middle Bekaa region

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre distributed 685 food baskets to the most needy families in the Middle Bekaa region of Lebanon yesterday, benefiting 3,400 individuals as part of the Ramadan food basket distribution project in Lebanon for the year 1446. The “I’tam” project in its fourth phase aims to distribute 390,109 food baskets in 27 countries during the month of Ramadan, benefiting 2,304,104 individuals, at a cost exceeding 67,064,000 Saudi Riyals. This falls within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, to ensure food security in many sisterly and friendly countries around the world.
