Border Guard search and rescue teams in the Asir region, specifically in the Qahmah sector, saved a child from drowning while swimming. The necessary assistance was provided to the child who was then transferred to the hospital for medical care and is currently in good health, thanks to God.
The Border Guard General Directorate urged park visitors to take caution, follow marine safety guidelines, monitor children while swimming in designated areas, and contact the emergency numbers “911” in Makkah and the Eastern Region, and “994” in the rest of the Kingdom for immediate assistance.
