Providers of Hajj and Umrah services face fines of up to 100,000 riyals for failing to report non-departures

The Ministry of Interior has emphasized the importance of compliance by companies and institutions providing services to pilgrims and Umrah performers with the regulations and instructions of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement, the ministry stated that it will impose financial penalties on any company or institution that delays informing the relevant authorities about any pilgrim or Umrah performer who has not yet left after the specified period of their stay. The ministry explained that the financial penalties can reach up to 100,000 riyals, and vary according to the number of pilgrims and Umrah performers who violate their departure deadlines.
