Record Low Temperatures of -3 Degrees Celsius in “Turaif” Across Cities and Provinces of the Kingdom

The report from the National Center of Meteorology stated that the province of Tarif in the Northern Borders region recorded a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius below zero this morning. This is the lowest temperature among all cities and provinces in the Kingdom.
