The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 835 food baskets in the Teyarett province of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania yesterday, benefiting 5,010 individuals as part of the Ramadan food basket distribution project in the country for the year 1446 AH.
It is worth noting that the “I’taam” project in its fourth phase aims to distribute 390,109 food baskets in 27 countries during the month of Ramadan, benefiting 2,304,104 individuals at a cost exceeding 67,064,000 Saudi Riyals.
This falls within the humanitarian efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Center for Relief, to provide food assistance to needy and affected people during the month of Ramadan.
