Royal Saudi Air Force group reaches Nellis Air Base in the US

The Saudi Royal Air Force completed the arrival of its participating units in the Red Flag and Green Flag exercises at Nellis Air Force Base in the United States, with support from refueling and transport aircraft. The exercise includes participation from several friendly countries.
They were welcomed by Colonel Pilot Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Nuteifi, the commander of the participating Royal Air Force units in the Red Flag and Green Flag exercises in 2025, along with other exercise officials.
The Red Flag and Green Flag exercises are among the largest military drills in the United States and will take place this month. The Royal Air Force is participating with six Typhoon aircraft, along with their full air and technical crews.
The objectives of the Royal Air Force’s participation in the exercises are to enhance readiness and combat efficiency, exchange and acquire experiences for air, technical, and support crews in combat tactics in a simulated war environment similar to actual combat, and to train for planning and executing complex air operations in a multinational joint forces environment.
