ختم التسليم في التسوق عبر الإنترنت: الالتزام بالاستلام الآمن والمنتظم من قبل المتسوق

Abdulrahman Al-Hussein, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, explained that the delivery code in e-commerce, given to the delivery agent upon receipt, is a declaration from the shopper that they have received the products properly and in good condition. He emphasized the importance of verifying the shipment, ensuring it matches the order, and checking the safety and quality of the products before handing the delivery code to the agent.
Al-Hussein also stated that shoppers have the right to refuse the shipment if the product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. He urged shoppers to be aware of their rights in e-commerce through the Consumer Rights and Duties guide on the ministry’s website at: https://mc.gov.sa/ar/guides/CustomerGuide/Pages/default.aspx.
