The Ministry of Interior’s Civil Affairs Agency is carrying out the “We Come to You” initiative to provide civil affairs services to government and private entities. Additionally, the “We Are Here” initiative is aimed at serving distant provinces, centers, and villages that are far from civil affairs offices. Today, the mobile civil affairs units in the Eastern Region are providing their services to men and women at Al-Qaysumah General Hospital.
The mobile units offer civil registry services to beneficiaries, including issuing national identity cards, renewal of cards, and replacement of damaged cards. Mobile services are one of the most prominent ways to provide field services in civil affairs. They provide facilitation for both men and women, contributing to saving time and reducing effort for beneficiaries.
