The coastal patrols of the Saudi Border Guards in the Rabigh sector of Makkah region have apprehended two citizens for violating the security and safety regulations for practicing fishing without a permit in the Kingdom’s maritime areas. The necessary legal measures have been taken against them in coordination with the relevant authorities.
The Border Guards urged everyone to comply with the regulations and instructions related to the protection of marine wildlife and to report any incidents that pose a threat to the environment or natural life by contacting the emergency numbers “911” in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and “994”, “999”, and “996” in the rest of the Kingdom.
