Over 24 Million Electronic Transactions Completed Through ‘Absher’ Platform in February 2025

In the month of February, the “Absher” electronic platform of the Ministry of Interior carried out a total of 24,266,498 electronic transactions for individuals and businesses. Within the “Absher Individuals” platform, 21,993,417 operations were conducted, including 14,597,218 document reviews through the digital wallet available to citizens, residents, and visitors via the Absher application. Meanwhile, the number of transactions on the “Absher Businesses” platform reached 2,273,081.
The total number of transactions for the General Directorate of Public Security’s services reached 3,010,233, with 2,904,774 operations in the General Traffic Department, 2,597,611 operations in the General Directorate of Passports, and 463,018 operations in the Civil Status Agency of the Ministry of Interior.
Under the public services offered on the Absher Individuals platform, 89,012 requests for document delivery by mail were processed, 80,815 reports were issued through the Absher Reports service, and 1,762 general inquiries about fingerprinting were addressed.
It is worth noting that the number of digital unified identities issued by the Ministry of Interior through the Absher platform has exceeded 28 million, enabling easy and reliable access to the ministry’s services across its electronic platforms – Absher Individuals, Absher Businesses, and Absher Government. Users can also connect with over 500 government and private sector entities through the unified National Access Portal “Na’zam”.
