مسام يزيل 551 لغمًا خلال أسبوع واحد في اليمن

During the third week of March 2025, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center’s project, MASAM, successfully cleared 551 mines in various regions of Yemen. This included 35 anti-tank mines, 513 unexploded ordnances, and 4 explosive devices.
In Aden province, the MASAM team removed 513 unexploded ordnances, while in Marib province, they cleared one anti-tank mine in Wadi directorate, along with 34 anti-tank mines and 4 explosive devices in Marib directorate.
The total number of mines cleared in March rose to 2,158 so far. Since the beginning of the MASAM project, a total of 485,501 mines have been cleared. These mines were indiscriminately planted in Yemeni lands, endangering the lives of innocent civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, instilling fear in the hearts of the people.
