11,000 Benefit from Health Services at Prophet’s Mosque During First Week of Ramadan

During the first week of Ramadan this year, the Madinah Health Cluster provided medical and emergency services to 11,212 beneficiaries from various nationalities through hospitals and health centers near the Prophet’s Mosque. The Madinah Health Cluster explained that Al-Salam Hospital served 3,971 beneficiaries from 65 different nationalities, while Al-Haram Hospital served 2,626 beneficiaries. The Al-Safiya Urgent Care Center received 3,456 beneficiaries, and 1,159 beneficiaries benefited from the services provided at the Bab Jibril Urgent Care Center since the beginning of the holy month.
The health cluster also revealed that 91 emergency cases were transferred from inside the Prophet’s Mosque grounds to health facilities using golf carts and emergency scooters to ensure a rapid response and provide necessary care to the beneficiaries. This comes as part of the Madinah Health Cluster’s efforts to enhance healthcare services provided to the guests of the Rahman and ensure the provision of urgent medical care to them during the blessed month of Ramadan.
