The National Center of Meteorology has forecasted thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers, strong winds causing dust and sand storms in parts of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Al-Madinah, Al-Qassim, Hail, Al-Jawf, and the Northern Borders regions for today. The report also mentioned that surface winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to north in the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to southeast in the southern part at speeds of 10-30 km/h, reaching up to 40 km/h towards the Bab Al-Mandab strait and the Gulf of Aqaba. Wave heights will range from half a meter to a meter, reaching up to a meter and a half towards the Bab Al-Mandab strait and the Gulf of Aqaba. Sea conditions will be light to moderate in those areas.
On the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be westerly to northwesterly at speeds of 15-35 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to a meter and a half. Sea conditions will be light to moderate as well. All these weather conditions are expected today by the will of Allah.
