Ministry of Commerce Signs Contract for Recycling Non-Energy Efficient Products in Line with Vision 2030

In line with Saudi Vision 2030, the Ministry of Commerce has signed a contract for an investment project to recycle devices and products that do not meet energy efficiency standards, in line with the ministry’s strategic goals in the National Transformation Program. The project aims to contribute to government efforts to reduce pollution, provide a healthy and sustainable environment for all, and help the Kingdom achieve its target of reaching net zero emissions by 2060. It also aims to develop waste management practices according to global standards by recycling damaged devices and products, reusing them in eco-friendly products, thus reducing carbon emissions and positively impacting the national economy by supporting local production.
