The National Center of Meteorology has forecasted today’s weather conditions, expecting cold to extremely cold temperatures with a chance of frost in the early morning hours over parts of Tabuk, Hail, Al-Jouf, and the Northern Borders regions. Surface winds causing dust and reducing visibility are expected in parts of Qassim, Al-Madinah, and Makkah, leading to near-zero visibility in parts of Riyadh and the Eastern Province, extending to Najran and the eastern parts of Asir and Al-Baha regions.

The report also mentioned that surface winds over the Red Sea will be north to northeast, shifting in the evening to north to northwest at a speed of 20-50 km/h in the northern and central parts, and 15-42 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights will range from 1.5 to 2.5 meters, reaching up to 3 meters in the northern and central parts, and 0.5 to 2 meters in the southern part. Sea conditions will be moderate to rough in the north and central parts, and light to moderate in the south.

On the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be north to northwest at a speed of 30-55 km/h, exceeding 55 km/h in the central and southern parts, with wave heights ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 meters, reaching up to 3 meters in the central and southern parts. Sea conditions will be moderate to rough.

In summary, today’s weather will feature cold temperatures with a chance of frost in some regions, strong surface winds causing dust and reduced visibility, and moderate to rough sea conditions on both the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf.
