King Salman Center for Relief signs cooperation agreement with the International Red Cross Committee to provide aid to the Palestinian people

The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid signed a cooperation agreement with the International Committee of the Red Cross to provide additional support for the emergency response project for conflict-affected Gaza residents. The agreement was signed during the Fourth Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum.
The agreement was signed by the Assistant Supervisor for Operations and Programs at the Center, Engineer Ahmed bin Ali Al-Bayez, and the Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Pierre Krähenbühl. According to the agreement, additional support worth $1.85 million will be provided out of a total of $11.85 million. This support aims to assist the efforts of the Red Cross in Gaza in securing the delivery of medical supplies to healthcare facilities and supporting the water and sanitation sector.
This comes as part of the humanitarian and relief projects provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Center for Relief, in collaboration with international humanitarian organizations concerned with aiding the Palestinian people in Gaza.
