The Islamic Affairs Ministry Hosts Iftar Dinner for Fasting Muslims at King Fahd Mosque in Bosnia.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, represented by the religious attaché at the Saudi Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, hosted an iftar dinner for fasting individuals at King Fahd Mosque, the largest mosque in the Bosnian capital, Sarajevo. This event is part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ program to provide iftar meals for fasting individuals, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance. Around 800 fasting men and women benefited from the iftar dinner, where a special corner was set up for Saudi coffee to allow the attendees to experience and learn about it as a unique cultural product of Saudi Arabia, showcasing the kingdom’s traditions of generosity and hospitality.
Several attendees expressed their gratitude for this kind gesture, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan, praising the efforts of the Kingdom in serving Islam and meeting the needs of Muslims. They prayed for the leaders and people of Saudi Arabia to be rewarded abundantly. It is worth mentioning that the iftar program in Bosnia and Herzegovina aims to reach around 30,000 fasting individuals throughout the holy month of Ramadan by distributing iftar meals, organizing Ramadan tables, and giving out dates as a gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. This initiative reflects the continuous support provided by the Ministry, aligning with the Kingdom’s mission to serve Islam and Muslims, understand their needs, and strengthen relationships of brotherhood and love with them during the month of goodness and giving.
