Ahmed Al-Humayani – Al-Rass
Saoud Al-Assaf was received by His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, the Emir of Al-Qassim Region, in his office, on the occasion of his appointment as the governor of Al-Rass province. His Highness congratulated Al-Assaf on this trust, wishing him success in performing his duties to serve the province and its people, emphasizing the importance of efforts in developing services and enhancing development in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership – may God protect them – and the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030.
On his part, Saoud Al-Assaf expressed his gratitude and appreciation to His Royal Highness the Emir of Al-Qassim Region for this trust and noble guidance, asking God to be up to the good opinion, and to contribute to achieving the leadership’s aspirations to serve the province and its people.
