Forecasted Temperatures and Weather Conditions for Tuesday, March 4th, 2025

The National Center of Meteorology predicted in its weather report for today the possibility of moderate to heavy thunderstorms with potential flash flooding, accompanied by hail showers and strong dusty winds in parts of Mecca, Medina, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, Eastern region, Northern Borders, Jouf, and Tabuk. Additionally, fog is expected to form during the night and early morning hours.

According to the report, the surface winds over the Red Sea will be north-easterly to south-easterly at speeds of 12-35 km/h in the northern part, and south-easterly to southerly at speeds of 15-55 km/h in the central and southern parts, reaching over 60 km/h with the formation of rain clouds, particularly towards the Bab Al-Mandab strait. The sea conditions will range from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern part, and from one meter to two meters in the central and southern parts, increasing to over two meters with the formation of rain clouds, again towards the Bab Al-Mandab strait. Sea conditions will be light to moderate waves in the northern part, moderate waves rising to rough waves in the central and southern parts.

Over the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be southerly, shifting to north-easterly in the evening and then northerly at speeds of 12-32 km/h, increasing to over 50 km/h with the formation of rain clouds in the northern part. In the central and southern parts, winds will be easterly to north-easterly at speeds of 15-40 km/h. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters, increasing to over two meters with the formation of rain clouds. The sea state will be light to moderate waves, potentially rough with the formation of rain clouds.
