This will also contribute significantly to educating and training pilgrims before and during their arrival, introducing them to the importance of the Nusuk card and their commitment to carrying it to ensure they receive services easily at all points of the journey in coordination with the ministry and Hajj affairs offices. Additionally, their contribution to the campaign “No Hajj without a permit” to prevent violators from entering the holy sites.
He highlighted the ministry’s teams for measuring compliance based on self-assessment and monitoring teams, which will begin their visits to Hajj service providers from the tenth of the upcoming Shawwal to ensure the operational readiness of services provided by companies and to identify any deficiencies or negligence that may affect the services provided to the pilgrims and their spiritual journey.
His Excellency stated that the ministry will be strict in holding companies accountable in case of shortcomings or violations and will not tolerate applying penalties against companies that may lead to revocation and cancellation of the company’s service license permanently, thereby preventing them from providing services to pilgrims in any way.
