The reception was attended by various Saudi officials, including the Deputy Governor of Makkah Province, Saud bin Mishal, State Minister and Cabinet Member Turki bin Mohammed, Minister of the National Guard Abdullah bin Bandar, Minister of Defense Khalid bin Salman, Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan, National Security Adviser Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Commerce Majid Al-Qasabi, and Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan. The Saudi Ambassador to Ukraine, Mohammed Al-Baraka, was also present.
On the Ukrainian side, officials in attendance included the Chief of Staff of the President, Andriy Yermak, Defense Minister Rostyslav Omelyan, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Yulia Sviridenko, Foreign Minister Andriy Sebiha, Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food, Vitaliy Koval, Advisor to the President on Strategic Issues Oleksandr Kamishin, Ukrainian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Anatoliy Petyernko, and Presidential Advisor Dmytro Litvin.
