The total donations for the fifth edition of the National Campaign for Charitable Work in Saudi Arabia through the “Ehsan” national charity platform exceeded one billion Saudi Riyals in less than a week since its inception. This achievement highlights the high spirits of the Saudi society and its noble goals of promoting values of solidarity, cohesion, and competition in doing good deeds during the blessed month of Ramadan through a trusted national charity platform.
The donations came from various sectors of society, including individuals, companies, institutions, and businessmen. The Ehsan platform has provided everyone with the opportunity to donate with a high level of governance that is trusted, transparent, and easy to follow, ensuring that the donations reach the beneficiaries according to the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and security.
These donations support a range of charitable and developmental areas overseen by the Ehsan platform in various regions of the Kingdom, including education, social welfare, healthcare, food, housing, and religious affairs. The number of donation operations has exceeded 193 million since the platform was launched.
The National Campaign for Charitable Work in its fifth edition continues to receive donations through the Ehsan charity platform around the clock during these blessed days of Ramadan. The success of this campaign is attributed to the continuous empowerment and support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense.
