The National Debt Management Center has announced the completion of receiving investors’ applications for the local issuance of March 2025 within the Saudi government sukuk program in Saudi Riyals, with a total allocation amounting to 2.64 billion Saudi Riyals.
According to the statement issued by the center, the issuances were divided into four tranches, with the first tranche amounting to 364 million Saudi Riyals for sukuk maturing in 2027 AD, the second tranche totaling 316 million Saudi Riyals for sukuk maturing in 2029 AD, the third tranche totaling 1.46 billion Saudi Riyals for sukuk maturing in 2032 AD, and the fourth tranche totaling 500 million Saudi Riyals for sukuk maturing in 2039 AD.
