King Salman’s Relief Team Distributes 259 Food Baskets in the Town of Shanshar in Homs

The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid distributed 259 food baskets in the town of Shanshar in Homs Governorate, Syria, benefiting 974 individuals from 259 families. This distribution is part of the Ramadan food basket project for the year 1446 AH in Syria. The “Itham” project aims to distribute 390,109 food baskets in 27 countries during the month of Ramadan, benefiting 2,304,104 people at a cost exceeding 67,064,000 Saudi Riyals.
This initiative is part of the relief and humanitarian projects carried out by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Center for Relief, to assist the Syrian people and alleviate their suffering due to the humanitarian crisis they are going through.
