Human Resources Intensifies Inspection Rounds to Regulate the Job Market

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia continues its efforts to monitor private sector establishments across the kingdom as part of its ongoing initiatives to regulate the labor market and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. During recent inspections, several violations related to labor laws were identified, leading to legal actions against non-compliant establishments. Warnings were also issued to rectify the situations in order to promote adherence to regulations and laws.

In line with its commitment to Saudization policies, the ministry has intensified its efforts to ensure compliance among targeted establishments. This has resulted in the creation of high-quality job opportunities for citizens and increased compliance rates in various vital sectors. Inspection teams conducted joint visits in collaboration with relevant authorities to monitor establishments’ adherence to applicable regulations.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development reiterated its commitment to carrying out inspection tours in all regions, urging establishment owners to abide by regulations. Individuals were encouraged to report any violations through official channels by calling the unified number “19911” or through the ministry’s application on smart devices.
