Chadian President Idriss Deby arrived in Jeddah this evening and was welcomed by Prince Saud bin Mishal, the Deputy Governor of Makkah, Jeddah Governor Saleh bin Ali Al-Turki, Jeddah Police Director Suleiman bin Omar Al-Tuwairb, Chadian Ambassador Hassan Saleh Al-Qadam Al-Janidi, and Royal Protocol Director in Makkah Ahmed Abdullah bin Dhafar at King Abdulaziz International Airport.
