The inspections revealed violations by some unauthorized companies in transporting mail, such as not adhering to the national address during delivery, obliging recipients to pick up shipments from a specific point, and overcrowding in warehouses.
The authority emphasized that these efforts are part of its commitment to ensuring that companies in the sector comply with quality requirements and improve the level of services provided to beneficiaries, thereby supporting the development of the postal sector in the kingdom.
