Saudi Arabia condemns Israeli violations and calls on the international community to fulfill its responsibilities.

Saudi Arabia condemns ongoing Israeli attacks and violations against the Palestinian people. The Kingdom’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva, Ambassador Abdulmohsen bin Khthila, strongly denounced the deliberate targeting of civilians by Israel. He addressed the Human Rights Council regarding the human rights situation in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories, expressing Saudi Arabia’s rejection of the Israeli occupation and its establishment of an agency aimed at displacing Palestinians from Gaza. Additionally, he criticized the approval of 13 illegal settlement neighborhoods in the West Bank, considering it a blatant violation of international law and humanitarian law.
Ambassador bin Khthila also condemned Israeli airstrikes on Syrian territory, emphasizing that these attacks pose a serious threat to the security and stability of Syria and the entire region. He called on the international community to take responsibility for putting an end to these violations and halting all Israeli military operations in Palestinian and Syrian territories.
In conclusion, he reiterated that peace will only be achieved when the Palestinian people receive their legitimate rights, including the establishment of an independent state based on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital. He also expressed full solidarity with the government and people of Syria, calling for respect for its sovereignty and an end to all violations affecting its security and stability.
