Saudi Arabia condemns Israeli escalation in occupied Palestinian territories and continued targeting of innocent civilians in the strongest terms.

The Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry strongly condemned Israel’s escalation in the occupied Palestinian territories, targeting civilians and their shelters, resulting in dozens of casualties, including an attack on a school housing displaced people in Gaza. The Kingdom also denounced the Israeli occupation forces for destroying a Saudi cultural heritage center warehouse in the Rafah area, containing medical supplies for patients in Gaza.

The Ministry pointed out the lack of international accountability mechanisms allowing Israeli authorities to violate international law and humanitarian law with impunity, escalating aggression and threats to regional and international security. Saudi Arabia emphasized the crucial role of UN Security Council members in ending the Palestinian people’s ongoing suffering.
