The Ministry of Interior’s Civil Affairs Agency is carrying out the “We Come to You” initiative for both government and private entities, as well as the “Present” initiative aimed at serving remote provinces, towns, and villages without Civil Affairs offices. The mobile Civil Affairs units are providing services to men and women at 12 locations across the Kingdom.
In Aseer region, the mobile Civil Affairs units began serving men today at the Baraa bin Azib Intermediate and Secondary School in Bisha, while women can avail services at the Afraa Center in Namas Governorate. On Monday, services will be offered to men at the Abdullah bin Mas’oud Secondary School in Sabt Al Ulaia, Bisha Governorate, and to women in Tarib Governorate for three days. Men can also access services on Tuesday at the Zubeir bin Al Awam Intermediate and Secondary School in Afraa, Bisha Governorate, while women will be served at Douat Al Sawari Secondary School in Khamis Mushait Governorate for two days. Furthermore, services will be available at the Prince Sultan Secondary School in Bani Amro Center, Namas Governorate for women, and at the First Alaa’iya School in Bisha Governorate on Thursday, as well as at the Tanuma Governorate headquarters for one day at each location.
In the Baha region, services will be provided to men on Tuesday at the Jarda’a Bani Ali Center in Hajr Governorate, while women can access services for two days at the Ummama bint Abi Al’Aas Intermediate School in Sagara Governorate. The mobile units offer civil registry services to beneficiaries, including issuing and renewing national identity cards and replacing damaged ones.
Mobile services provided by the Civil Affairs units are among the most effective ways to deliver field services, with a focus on facilitating procedures for both men and women beneficiaries. These initiatives aim to save time and reduce the effort required from beneficiaries.
