Saudi Finance Minister Leads Kingdom’s Delegation at Inaugural G20 Meeting of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors

Minister of Finance, Mohammad bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, is leading the Saudi delegation at the first meeting of G20 finance ministers and central bank governors under the presidency of South Africa. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday and Thursday, 27-28 Sha’ban 1446H, corresponding to February 26-27, 2025, in Cape Town, South Africa. The Saudi delegation includes officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Saudi Central Bank.
The meeting will be attended by finance ministers and central bank governors from G20 countries, as well as representatives from invited nations and heads of international and regional financial organizations. The agenda includes discussions on key economic topics such as global economic prospects, international financial structure, infrastructure, international taxation, sustainable financing, and financial sector issues.
Minister Al-Jadaan will participate in various sessions addressing these important economic matters, along with other representatives from Saudi Arabia.
