Minister of Human Resources Witnesses Signing of Developmental Agreements and Launch of Empowerment Initiatives

During his visit to the Makkah region, His Excellency, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Suleiman Alrajhi, met with a number of beneficiaries of the ministry. He reviewed the developmental projects designated to support and empower them.
He witnessed the signing of several developmental agreements and the launch of developmental opportunities aimed at enhancing social and economic empowerment for the targeted groups. The visit began with a tour of the wings dedicated to showcasing the works of orphans and beneficiaries. Eng. Alrajhi listened to an explanation about the existing projects and the efforts made to support them through developmental and empowering programs.
He also discussed with a number of entrepreneurs benefiting from the ministry’s programs ways to develop their projects and take advantage of available opportunities. Eng. Alrajhi attended a ceremony where several agreements and strategic partnerships were signed between the ministry and supporting entities. The goal was to enhance integration between various sectors to empower the beneficiaries in the region and increase their developmental participation.
The attendees witnessed a visual presentation showcasing the achievements of the ministry’s branch in the Makkah region for the year 2024. As part of supporting housing stability, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development handed over keys to housing units to several orphaned girls as part of developmental housing programs. The aim was to provide a decent life and enhance the quality of life for the beneficiaries.
His visit concluded with sharing an Iftar meal with orphans and beneficiaries in a meeting that embodies the values of social solidarity. This event underscored the ministry’s commitment to continue supporting and empowering beneficiaries in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals of promoting sustainable development.
