The National Center of Meteorology has forecasted thunderstorms and rain in parts of Tabuk, Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, Riyadh, the Eastern Province, Asir, Jazan, and Najran. Additionally, strong winds causing dust and sand will affect some of these regions, as well as parts of Al-Madinah, Makkah, Hail, and Al-Qassim.
The report indicates that surface winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 25-48 km/h, with the sea state ranging from moderate to rough and wave heights of 1 to 2 meters. On the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly at speeds of 12-32 km/h, reaching over 50 km/h. Thunderstorms with rain clouds will shift to northwesterly to northerly winds at night at speeds of 25-45 km/h in the northern and central regions, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to 1.5 meters, increasing to 2.5 meters on the northern and central parts of the sea.
